Initial Consult

A comprehensive assessment and plan-building session. We’ll clarify what’s going on, define your goals, and map out practical next steps.

What to expect

Pre-appointment questionnaire (please complete this at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to allow time for your answers to be reviewed)

Assessment (101 questions about you, including - but not limited to - your goals, medical history, biochemistry, lifestyle, medications, supplements, diet, and symptoms)

Education and planning (what can we do to help)

Personalised plan aligned to your health, lifestyle, and preferences

Written summary after your session

Email support for follow-up questions


Follow-up Consult

30mins

For accountability, troubleshooting, and progress. We’ll review what’s working, refine your plan, and keep momentum going to ensure you meet your nutritional goals.


Extended Follow-up Consult

45mins

Best for more complex needs or when you’d like more time. Not sure which follow-up option to book? Email Kimberley to discuss.


Written/email consultation

If scheduling a live appointment is too hard, you can choose a written consult based on your completed questionnaire. You’ll receive two detailed emails - An initial, which may include further questions, clarification of answers, and an initial plan. This email will also allow you to ask any further questions. A second email will then include a tailored plan and outline your next steps.

Life is busy — appointments outside standard weekday hours may be available on request.
