Early Life Nutrition
Supporting your baby’s nutrition — without feeling overwhelmed.
Feeding in the first years of life can be stressful. From the early days of breast or bottle feeding through to family meals with a toddler, children are developing rapidly — physically, emotionally, and behaviorally — and their appetites, preferences, and feeding skills can shift from week to week.
Naturally, we want to ensure our children are eating enough — and eating the right things — to support healthy growth and development. In infancy, this may look like worrying about milk intake, managing reflux, or ensuring appropriate growth. As babies move onto solids and into toddlerhood, normal developmental stages such as progressing to different food textures, introducing food allergens, managing fussy eating, or fluctuating appetites can add new layers of uncertainty. While these changes are typical, they can leave even the most confident parents questioning themselves.
Additional factors — such as managing allergies or food intolerances, navigating advice from multiple sources, and balancing feeding with busy routines — can further add to the pressure.
Kimberley can support you to feel confident in feeding your little one with guidance that is safe, nutritionally appropriate, and tailored to your baby and family.
